I brought a scan disk usb stick, when I plugged it into my computer it said free music, so I clicked on the web page and was directed to emusic.com.

Was asked to register and it requested credit card info, when I logged on it said I had £14.97 credit to use to download Albums or music. So I downloaded and album and some music, making sure that I stayed within the 14.97 limit, I then did look at my credit card bill until the following month and found a charge for £13.99 on my bill.

I then went into the emusic account and found I still had the outstanding credit, so I cancelled the account striaght away, sent a msg to them saying you should tell people about the billing.

I have not heard a thing back from them, but I just went into emusic complaints and loads of people have complained and some even said even though they have cancelled they are still being billed.

So please could you look into this.
