ILike most people I ordered a sample of the product and received it three weeks later only to find that my credit card had been charges for two products that I have not received. I also had a bad reaction to the product and have not been able to find a way to cancel the order as all websites are closed.
As I live on a boat and spend a lot of time at sea I am not always able to get my mail straight away. This is not satisfactory as the times do not coincide but i am billed anyway. I would like to cancel my order please and be re-imbursed for the money taken out of my credit card of which there will probably be another lot charged by now. this is a rip-off.
