Received trial and cancelled on 14 th day and I still got charged the $79.99. After much aggravation on the phone I was told I was getting a refund in 5-7 days. Called two weeks later and then was told I was to receive a check within 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by ...call again and is told it's still in process and there's no one else to call . Just getting the run around...I will haunt them till I get it.
