I received a text message at 4:11 AM from 909-677-3440 that says, "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetWinner.com and enter your winning code 22783 to claim your free $1,000 Target gift card within 24hrs." I did not go to the site but I plugged the phone number into Google and it sent me to many sites complaining about the number and the same text message.
