I called two days ago when a demand for money was placed on my account. I called my bank, PSECU. They gave me your number which I called immediately. The respresentative said he would cancel the withdrawl. He did not do this and my account has been charged. I did not place any request for the account. I did try to apply for the $1,000 gift card but I was never ab;e to finish the account. My computer security kicked me off the computer. So, I never recieved the gift card but my account has been charged and the money has been withdrawn. I contacted the bank and told them I was given a cancellation number which is 2125922. I do not want this service and I think your company should be aware this company is using my debit card to charge my account and by the sounds of a customer before me, they have used her card for this and other accounts. The only way they get our info is through your web site advertising for a gift card. This is riducloue and I want my money credited to my account and no more charges against my debit card for anything else.
