I went to explore the site and entered my credit card info, in the event I chose to bid on something. Before I was able to even click on anything the website malfunctioned. I was not able to read anything or watch any video the representatives of the company claim was there explaining the policies. When I explained my situation, I am a single mother on Social Security disability, they explained they have a strict no refund policy and offerred me more credits...which I did not want in the first place and will not feed my daughter.

- I've read scam book is going forward with a class action against bidrack. Is that true, did it already occur, does it include the people who didn't win or even bid?
