This person is a scammer. Giving low bids on construction work , patios, concrete work, etc. He takes a lare down payment, starts to work asks for more money to cover materials and then vanishes, leaving you with unfinished, poorly executed work. He lies about permitting and inspections he also uses fraudulent checks to pay for materials, which may lead to liens on your property from the supplier. He has done this several times in the Tacoma area in 2012
