Credit score matters was advertised on TV, so I went on-line looking to find out my credit score I put in my details thinking that is how they find out my CREDIT SCORE. I then realised in the small print they were going to charge me £19.95 each month, I straight away sent them an email cancelling my account, they sent an email back saying my membership had been cancelled with immediate affect. The following month I noticed a transaction on my account for £19.95 under the name rewardsnow.co.uk I pressed forward for fraud then the bank told me it was credit score matters! so they have took two amounts of £19.95 and wont respond to me contacting them asking for my money back and there telephone number is disconnected, I've had to shut down my account.
