I ordered a 140 Starter bid package for $84.00

I used the site a couple of times, but didn't succeed in winning any bid. Even the buy now option didn't work. I ordered a small hook for hanging a handbag off the table ledge just to try out the option and company service. I never received the product.
Now the site is no longer available. I want a refund of the entire amount.
