My husband ordered Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse as advertised on line and will pay shipping only of $4.95 each on Aug. 27, 2012. There was no mention whatsoever to respond within "trial 14 days period" on line and on the receipt inside the box when we received it, we can prove it. We were surprised to see our Discover Credit Card Statement showing $79.98 and $79.99 charged on Sept. 10, 2012, not authorized.
I reported it as fraud to the Credit Card Company. To our surprise when investigated there was a trial period not known to my husband. The company said that was term and condition which was not there on line when my husband put that order. When I did call the company and talked to Stephen C. on Nov. 13, for return merhandise authorization, he wont give it to me because the trial period elapsed. I explained to him there was no indication at all on the receipt with the products that there was a trial period to follow. He said too, "if the bottle is opened you can not return it". How can you try a product if you dont open the bottle???
My husband didn't continue using the products because of his present condition and through the advice of his doctor.
I want them to credit back the $159.97 that was charged on our credit card. He wont do it.
This company is deceiving the consumers for false advertisement and failing to put a notice on the receipt with the products sent about their "14 days trial period". My husband said Dr Oz picture was even on the advertisement when he placed the order on line. He thought it was an honest company. Then we found out from Dr. Oz program that this company was not authorized to use his picture but already too late as my husband already got the order but not aware of the "14 day trial period" Please put stop for this false advertisement and charging consumers for non authorized charges. This is not good business ethics. To me we felt cheated.
