I called to get sn estimate on gutters. The girl Roxanne showed up and quoted me $1000. I agreed so she said 50% deposit. After paying my deposit the girl told me they would come to install the gutters. they never did. I called and called but no call back. They were so rude and promised to show up when I gave deposit of $500. Took my money and never came to do job. Very upset. What next??

I do not require any type of deposit, on any jobs that we do. This is the first that I have heard of this complaint. This is Roxanne the owner of the company and I haven't received and phone calls to my cellular phone. Or any written notice of this matter. You must have my company Gutter M.D. mistaken for another company. I would like to see a copy of the written estimate as well as the check with my signature. - This is my second attempt to get in touch with you. I posted a comment but somehow it was taken down. This a malicious claim. Again I do not take any deposits for any gutter work. I would like to see a copy of the contract, as well as the canceled check. I have contacted scambook.com about this matter and they will not give me your information, unless I pay for it.
