International boundaries
received call on verizon phone that I was a $1000 winner...but no prize. How do these creepy crawlers get my number? I am on the FCC do not call list, and expect Verizon to be able to enforce that. I use my cell for both business and personal calls so this kind of violation is troubling, as a change in number would be costly for my business.
