I ordered two samples of this company's skin product, for which I paid about $5 postage. Without authorisation I was sent two more packages. The first arrived about end of September. (Billing date 21 Sept 12)I had to collect from the post office here in the UK and was told there was a customs charge. It was a mistake so i asked the PO to return the package. The second package arrived when I was away and was collected by someone (no customs, though)about end of October (Billinjg date 12 Oct.12 ) I have explained to the company that I do not want these packages and have been told to return the second one and give them a tracking number and once they receive it they will reimburse me. However,b eccause I have no tracking no. for the first package they will not reimburse me.

So my experience is similar to that of others I have read about on this website. Caveat emptor, esp. over the internet. I'll never order a free sample of anything again from the USA.
