My trial orders took 3 weeks to be delivered. By then, my credit card has already be charged for a full purchase. I emailed them to request for a refund but my request was not entertained. Their response merely stated that they would stop sending me more products after this. But I had already been billed USD185.70 for something I did not even purchase.
