I found Anana Stem Cellactiv free trial ad on the internet. I made the order and paid only for shipping. After 2 weeks time they deducted $89.95 from my bank accounttook. I called the company to get a refund, as the cream is NOT SUITABLE FOR MY SCKIN. Received very rude answers from the people at the Call Center. They didn't give me the name of the Manager, nor have they agreed to refund me. The answeres were - good, we will keep the money and you can keep the cread. We don't care that it is not good for you.
We can not buye on internet anything anymore. It is all scam.
Can somebody help me to get the money back?
