Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent who was "warning me" that a lawsuit was filed in California on behalf of Cash Advance USA for a "loan I had taken out" with them and defaulted on. Needless to say, the loan claim was fraudulent. I hung up on the guy and called him back from my computer so that I could record the scam. He answered, repeated the scam (which I recorded)and I encouraged him to file the suit. If they do, and I hope they do, then I will have them for dinner.
