I ordered a free trial and was supposed to just pay postage and packing, then got my bank statment and they have taken out £69. I contacted the company and they have asked me to send back the goods that i have done today so we will wait and see what happens and i will receive a refund ??????? i have also contacted my bank about this and will be taking this matter further if i do not get the result of a refund back into my account within 14 days.
