Made a purchase with this pharmacy as they appeared to be completely legitimate. I wired the money to Mexico, and they even called me from their "Accounts Receivable" dept because I accidentally gave the wrong transaction number. That was corrected right away, and I was told my order would be received within a week or so. It has now been 3 months, and not only have I not received my order (order no 5508), but they keep giving me excuses as to why it has not delivered such as being held up in shipping due to paper work issues which were their responsibility to get right. I have sent numerous emails finally about 2 months ago, I received a phone call from them and we learned (or so I thought) that the reason for me not receiving their correspondence was because they are being HIPPA compliant therefore sending encrypted emails, unfortunately I use gmail which rejects these emails thinking they are spam. They do not even go into my spam folder, gmail just drops them at the door. It was agreed upon with myself and the gentleman one the phone as well as the orders person Fabiola that we would correspond via the non encrypted email. I have continued to write emails almost daily, left voice mail messages on their phone line, and in each email I start it by explaining that I can not receive the encrypted emails and therefor as agreed by all responding via the non encrypted email is a requirement. I have received only 2 live responses by someone named Rafa "[email protected]" who always tells me that I am not responding to their encrypted emails and that's why this is taking so long, yet, it is known and agreed upon by everyone in the mails that I could not receive these encrypted emails.
I continue to sent daily emails asking for either my order or a full refund, each time I get no reply or I get a useless, excuse of a response. I am requesting your help as if this company is a legitimate as they claim to be and everything I have read online about them before I even placed my order, then I hope that this negative exposure for them might get the asses in gear to fill my order or refund my money ASAP! Thanks

I am still in need of assistance with this. I have opted to go premium on this however, if that does not help resolve this, I will have to ask for a refund on my premium account.

I have all emails to prove my side. They have not offered to resolve this. They just ignore my requests.

  • We are replying to your complaint. First state the truths, we clearly dispensed your order via SMS postal carriers which were detained by customs there in your country 7 days after you made your payment.

    Then you advised us of this issue, and we obtained permission from our directors to resubmit this order for dispensing; which we did. This was dispensed via Registered Mail with Mexpost and then stopped again by postal inspectors at a New York Postal Depot. The liaison officer there stated that you ordered a medicinal item that is listed as a controlled substance there in your country and you did not provide a valid prescription for this item.

    Therefore we have "Twice" completed our obligations and while you may not appreciate those efforts, under the terms and conditions of our on-line agreement of which you agreed to when you placed your order Clearly states we are not liable for clearing entry customs in your country.

    Now having said all that; we sent you an eMail stating we would listen to any offers for an amicable solution. We have been in business since 1978 and were one of the handful of original on line pharmacies way back in 1993; before HTML was valid and only text with no images on our site. Therefore you also did not state that we have sent you over 19 emails from our secure encrypted email server of which you have not replied too. People like you are quick to point a finger at entities that are not located stateside as if stateside entities have 100% ethic and moral values and others don't. That is what we take issue with.

    We await your reply to settle this issue.

  • Rafa, You seem to only reply when I send an email you don't like. Not to mention, not once in your reply have you addressed the issues. Multiple times, including via the conversation I had via the phone it had been explained that I was not receiving these emails you said you are stating. We worked out a solution which was to email me in response to my unsecured email, (Personal Information Removed). This was not followed by your company. During the purchase of this item, I PAID for you to get the appropriate prescription, see the attached invoice! MULTIPLE TIMES, Fabiola told me you received the appropriate RX and there for this "medicinal item" would have no more issues. I made sure that all ends of my obligation were completed. (hence the reason I paid the additional $15.00. If there was any problem some one should have contacted me. I asked multiple times to please let me know what the problem was with regards to the delivery and NO ONE would tell me! Every time I asked, I told them that if the delivery could NOT be made then please LET ME KNOW and I would request a REFUND!
    RAFA, if you are as genuous as you state, then you should have EVERY email I have copied you on with regards to this order. EVERY email requests an update on this order, and every email states the issue of not being able to get the encrypted emails from you and how to work around it (that was agreed by the person who called me). I also created a NEW email which could receive such emails and I got not one reply which is funny since I created that email the day I entered this complaint. I will make it known in this PUBLIC thread that is you can not honor my order then you must refund me in full! I will supply to SCAMBOOK ALL the emails I have sent with full headers proving that I attempted to communicate with you guys since day 1, including your replies showing how you guys are scamming me, and how I have demanded a refund for weeks now since I have gotten no response. Officially here.. REFUND MY MONEY!

    Interesting though, when I checked tonight you guys obviously changed it to "Doc Pending" So you explain to me how you telling me that my order is help up because you don't have the prescription, yet up until your response hear the site stated Rx pending, now that I issues this complaint, the site changes to "Doc Pending" yet up until now, no one has told me that the prescription that I paid for with you was not enough. So if it's not enough, then refund my money. You mean to tell me it's taken almost 4 months for you to tell me you can't ship my order? Where is any of this my fault!?! Has you guys been honest and told me that you never could have delivered this in the fist place then you never should have taken my money and even further, Fabiola should not have kept the lie that you could up and even the person who called me should have just told me you could not ship it, otherwise as I have stated may times I want a refund. So the TRUTHS you want have been stated in EVERY EMAIL and EVERY report I have made. I have given all the full and true information. So let's try again. Ball is in your court!

  • Evidently you are not receiving the sent emails from our encrypted site? In those emails we replied to each and every sent email from you; either they are not passing your mail servers spam or junk filters or are being rerouted?

    The order was updated to "Doc Pending" so we could advise the physicians network and the pharmacist of the updates, emails and issues surrounding this order and that has nothing to do with you. There with that stated, you are asking for a refund. We will suggest an alternative such as discounting a portion of the refund to assist in the loss of two shipments and the shipping fees? We await your reply or allow us to redispense via another method?

  • You have left me very confused as not only was it made clear to everyone during the phone call from someone from your side that I could not receive the encrypted emails. I was told that they could communicate to me via an unencrypted email. I also placed on the top of every email a notice stating that because my email was a gmail account, I could not receive any encrypted email. Apparently gmail rejects all encrypted emails and never gives me any notice of this. I made this clear on all emails including all emails that you were CC'ed on, so I have to ask, with all that stated, why would they continue to send me replies via the encrypted site when they knew full well I could not receive them and this was far outside my control?

    I am asking for a full refund due to the fact that this should have been dealt with from the beginning on your side. I asked multiple times if there would be any issues delivering the order to me. I was told that there would be no problem. Then when the item was held up by customs, I was told this was because you guys forgot to include the prescription (which I paid to have you get from a local doctor.) I was then told that they re dispensed the order with the correct RX information. I then did not hear back from anyone. You stepped into the picture and updated me saying that the problem was that I did not provide to appropriate RX. What you would tell me, and what Fabiola would tell me were completely contradictory to each other. I was told that once you obtained the RX that I paid you to secure for me, that there would be no problems delivering my order. You tell me, that I didn't supply the RX. I was not supplying you with the RX which is why I paid for you guys to get it for me. Please see the order on my account and you will see that I paid for this.

  • I also do not understand why this has taken from September until now to get anyone to take this issue seriously. I am on welfare. I do not have health insurance there for I sometimes attempt ways like this to get the medications that I need. I do not do this for fun. I do it out of need. I don't have the kind of money where I can leave $600.00 tied up not knowing if I will ever see my order or my money. This is why I was getting angry. I want to resolve this amicably, but I take it very personally when I have upheld my end of the obligations, I sent my money immediately, I tried to follow up on this immediately and I got no replies and when I did, they contradicted each other. To this moment, I still do not know who was being honest, and who was stringing me along just to make the sale.

    So, you do not want to give me a full refund as you want to be able to be compensated for your loss of the 2 times you attempted delivery that failed. However, you have taken responsibility of those two failed attempts because you have told me that you guys forgot to include the RX that I paid for you to get the first time, and I honestly don't know what was wrong with the second attempt as the two stories I have been told about them are contradictory. Who is compensating me for my loss? My money has been tied up for months and there for I have not been able to try to get my medication else where. I have not asked for any compensation. I have asked for only one of two final outcomes.

  • 1. Insure the full dispensing and delivery of my order. (You suggested in your email "allow us to redispense via another method?") I do not know what this entails. How else would you redispense via another method? I am OK with allowing you to dispense anyway possible if you can insure that I will get the order that I paid for in full back in September.

    2. Provide me with a full refund.

    You please advise which way will have the least amount of risk and which way will make both sides happy with the end result. I have been right on top of replying to all your requests immediately, so lets continue with this communication. I think either outcome we can agree upon will allow for us to amicably end this stand off between you and I.

  • Well 2 nights ago, I got an email from Rafa asking to give him a best time for his manager to call me. Apparently she is aware of the situation. I gave Rafa to two VERY reasonable times for his manager to call me, however, I have yet to receive this phone call, no voice mail messaged should I have missed the call, nothing on my caller ID, and better yet, no reply email to the one I sent him indicating the best time(s) for his manager to contact me.

    It has become quite clear to me that this company, if as legitimate as they claim (since 1978???), has no regard for customer satisfaction. They continue to lie, make false promises, contact you only when the receive an email they don't like, and clearly do not take this issues seriously. This is certainly not the type of company that I or anyone else needs to deal with. If they were so concerned about the outcome of my order, they should uphold their end of agreements and they certainly should not be leaving me, nor any other client not knowing the full status of the order for almost 4 month. They have had my money this long and don't seem to care that I have yet to receive either my order or a refund. This company obviously does not give a (Inappropriate Content Removed) that they are causing people to suffer. It's appalling! I gave them another date and time to call me and if they blow me off again, the (Inappropriate Content Removed) is going to hit the fan!

  • According to Rafa, his manager was to call me last Friday. After not receiving a call, I contacted Rafa again and he advised his manager was in a seminar and would call me today Monday to resolve this issue and asked that I remove this complaint. I advised I would not remove or mark this resolved until a resolution has not only been agreed upon but resolved all together. Supposedly I am to receive a call today but after a couple emails asking to advise when the call would take place, I have received no response. This issue remains open.

  • Per a notice on the Mexican pharmacy's main web page,
    "It has come to our attention, a client placed a negative comment regarding us on a pharmacy review site. While we respect all opinions the client did not post all truths. "We did indeed dispense his item, however customs refused entry. We requested a copy of the prescription & client refused. We then offered to re-dispense with another courier, client refused, stating FedEx only and unfortunately could complete"

  • My response: My complaint contains ALL truths. I also have NOT refused anything. $15.00 was paid as part of my order to assist with a Doctor for my RX, I have NOT refused anything they have asked for.

    I also did NOT refuse delivery through any other carrier. YOU guys told me that you can't ship the order via FEDEX, DHL, or UPS because it would not pass customs.It's because I NEVER refused anything and have done everything I can to resolve this. \I have no problems with you defending your reputation, however do not put words in my mouth on things I never said. I have all proof in emails and the attached receipt NOTHING was refused.

    Prescription Request : YES - Help Me Acquire <- How is it I have refused to provide the prescription when I clearly paid you to get it? See the attached file which is a copy of my order as is online and in my email. I did not refuse to provide you with anything, I paid for the service of you getting it for

    Expedited shipping on this item will only cause it to be stopped by customs if sent via FedEx, DHL or UPS. <--I did NOT refuse shipping via these carriers, you guys told me that I can' tuse them due to customs. So again I ask, where is it that I have refused any other kind of shipping other then the post office? You say I refused, that is a blatant lie. Prove me wrong.

    Call me so we can resolve this. EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I have sent has been nothing more then trying to resolve this. Not once have I not gone through with anything that we talked about. Not once have I denied anything, not once I have not communicated with you ASAP. I have every single email sent regarding this issue.

    Do not claim me as the liar. Have you tried to call me as you promised you would? NO you have not!

    It's time to get off your high horses calling me a liar, when you post blatant lies on your website. Prove to me where I have refused anything...

  • Well wouldn't you know it.. We are now in 2013 and the Mexican Pharmacy still has not resolved this issue. After all their promises and even them posting on their website stating that they are resolving this, I can assure EVERYONE who reads this, and is looking to see how they are handling this, that the Mexican Pharmacy still has NOT honored any of their promises to resolve this. They have repeatedly promised to make good on my order, make good on contacting me, but they have not followed through with any of it! NOTHING! They are continually procrastinating, giving me excuses and simple one line responses. They have not once, NOT ONCE, ever done one thing they say they are going to do. To this day, I have not received my order nor have they ever offered me a refund. They did once offer me a refund when I filed this report, but they said that they wanted to only give me a partial refund because they state that they want compensation for all they have done with me order thus far, which, last I checked, was NOTHING! They want to keep some of my money that they have had for over 6 months now for what? I have demanded many times for a resolution and yet they still have not defined one. I am clear on my resolution, I want my money refunded ASAP! Nothing else will due at this point!
