I purchased three pairs of Birkenstock sandals, in good faith, from yhis company. I mistakenly entered an incorrect discount code and received the wrong discount for the number of shoes purchased. They refused to make the $10. correctio simply because I made that mistake.

Took my order in dollars, then charged my card in Chinese Yuan which caused an additional 1% charge for an international transaction.

Sent me the three pairs of the wring shoes, I.E. none of what I ordered was sent, three weeks after I placed the order and was charged for it.

When contacted about this matter last night, required photos in order to investigate;" especially the post receipt on the package which includes the tracking number. we just want to confirm it and then we will help you with the problem.Wait for your reply."
Spent my time taking photos and emailing them only to receive received an offer of $5.00 as compensation for the mistake.

This morning I got another broken english email expressing a willingness to increase that compensation to $8.00 and hope that I will understand that they have spent much money on my order, etc.and will keep what I got.

$183.00 later and I have crap that I didn't order and don't want.
