International boundaries
Informed me that my application to US customs had not been processed and no payment had been taken. Then directed me to their website to file another application for which they charged me $74US. I then discovered my Esta application had been processed and approved and charged for by US customs the previous day. They misled me and have charged me for an totally unnecessary transaction and refuse to refund me. This is a complete scam organisation and should be avoided at all costs.
