I get a call from my debit card fraud altert center on September 4th, 2011 to verify charges. They inform me of this company Terneckhelp that I have never heard of. They give me a 1-800 number to call to help me verify who and what this company charged me for. I call the number which is only a support for this and many other companies. There is no number for them. I have no idea what product they have and I know I did not purchase from them. My debit card has been cancelled and now not only do I have to deal with that, I feel totally paronoid in my account being safe. I hope someone finds out who these people are and provide us with what we may have done or site we may have all visited that allowed them access to our personal information.
