remodeling project was started feb.2012 and as of this date work not completed.my last payment to her was given in aug.2012.in oct.2012 she told me she couldn't do anymore work on the house until she got some help.in nov.20,2012 i asked for my 700.00 back and the hot water tank and insulation she told me she had purchased and i would call it even and cancel the contract with her.she told me she didn't have the 700.00 and she would let me know when she could give it back to me,when i asked her about the hot water tank and insulation,she told me she would have to let me know when she can get it too me.i told her she had 10 days to let me know when i can get my money and items listed.
