Disney stole $20.00 from my bank account. The game is Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean, Masters of the Seas. This is a mobile game on my cell phone. I have emailed them and even spoken (live chat) to a Stephen (who identified himself as a Disney employee), of the stealing from my bank account. Stephen promised it would be taken care of in four to five days. Well that was over a week ago and I have not even received an email. I have followed all instructions, still nothing. I want my money back that Disney (the theives) stole from me. This is larceny and considered a felonious act.
