This company appears to be used by companies purporting to be from USA. The company I used did refund my money.
I thought I was paying through Clickbank but on the invoice it says the email accepting the order it will show Globeclick.
Perhaps if people have bought a product and not received it or are getting ongoing charges they need to check closely the original invoices for anything they have bought online around the time of the charging. Mine didn't show up until a week until a week after I made the original purchase.
