I ordered an AD900 key programming machine for $181 and they sent a fake malfunctioning unit. I spent $46 to return it and they asked for $50 more for a better unit. I received the "BETTER" unit 6 weeks later and it was used and not being read by the computer program. The install disk they sent was in part Chinese! Horrible customer service, they can't speak English and it took 6 weeks to finally realize they ripped me off!

    First ,we sent AD900, All China AD900 switch without on/off Function ,if you don't believe it ,you can ask other sellers,cos this problem, you say it is"fake malfunctioning " and insist to send it back to change Zed bull

    Second ,you say zed bull was used ,how ridiculousness is !! And zed bull is muti-language ,including chinese,so you can find some chinese in software ,it is usual

    the last one, cos our mother language is chinese , maybe english is not very good as you--America guy,so pls gentleman,and understanding this

    if you are not content with the device ,pls send it back ,we will refund for u, really so sorry bring you so much trouble

  • No trouble Nancynina. I would like for you to see the unit and then tell me it's not used. I know the machine is multi language, but I'm not! How about instructions that's not multi language? The unit was shipped overseas in its own tiny box with no packing. It's a computer, do you think that's a good way to ship? Total cost for this $135 unit now cost me around $280. You want me to return it, $46 more making it over $320 I lose. I can buy a new OEM unit from anyone else out there for under $200. How much of a refund can I expect if I return it to you?

    The other problem is your employee just threatened to blackball me from buying in China and he says he will claim I did credit card fraud. I really don't mind losing the $280, I do mind the lack of support from your company. You do business with America and expect buyers to decipher what you are saying? You mean to tell me we shouldn't expect instructions in English either? I originally paid for a unit from you on October 8th. I still do not have a working unit to this day.     The instructions is telling you how to install the software, you only check the screenshot on it,don't you think if the sturction is muti-language ,how many language we have to translate? but without english,it is our fault too

    As for package, it is with carton box ,and inside of carton box ,with black spongia to protect the mini zed bull display, As for 280USD,i think you have to email with my co-worker,i think something mistake with yours

    i will report this to our manager,and my co-worker maybe will be fire for his bad service and behaviour,first, I sincerely say sorry on behalf of my company, for international business,first we have to respect each other,isn't it ?

  • I knew I was going to lose on this transaction and it's out of my system now. I have a Chinese friend that will help me with the machine, he's a computer tech and if he can't figure it out I will just open the window and fling it in the street. I've lost money before so I don't care. I will not buy Chinese electronics anymore, I swear!

    No, there was no packing, no foam..NO NOTHING BUT THE FLIMSY BOX IN A DHL BAG. I can not believe that's how your shipping department would ship a sensitive machine like this. When you open the install disk the first thing you see is:

    -Before using device, read the user manual carefully.
    -Avoid strokes to device and accessories.

    MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 2
    -After using device, unplug all accessories and keep them in the package.
    -Do not place heavy materials on the package.

    Oh well. I'm the idiot and again I apologize for getting Andy in trouble. He did nothing wrong and I'm to blame, not him.

    I will see if these guys will erase this board and you'll never hear from me again, I promise.

  • Well, even though I tried to let it lie, this company just won't quit! I told them I don't care that the machine does not work, I don't even want my money back, that I'm done wasting time and money with this problem!     Thanks for your help, I appreciate somebody normal that's willing to help. Can you please do something about Andy harassing me? I constantly get idiotic emails and threats from this guy. I mostly ignore him but at times he makes my blood boil. He is a bad part of your company. He really does not like Americans and is not shy relaying that in written words. Andy now wants a picture of me handing it to the post office for proof! He is very silly, don't you think? I can forward our past few conversations if you would like to see what he says to me.
