1-The 18th of June of 2010 I bought two pair of snickers with the ORD.NUMBR.1466.
2-The payment of $221,58 USD was made by PAYPAL on 18 june 2010 Transac.Id:4AT870514W094561L
3-I haven't received the snickers.
4-I've contacted with them several times (by email, mail, customer service online...) to cancel the order but I haven't reveived any answer from them.

Yesterday, I posted this complaint here and I could acces my complaint tickets in Kixcome website.
But misteriously, today I can't acces them, they have erase them.

- I've forgot to tell you that I've all the information and emails we have exchanged kept in my computer (register in Kixcome, payment, tickets from Kixcome, emails with Paypal, emails with you...).
