I was having problems with programs on my computer. I had e mailed ATT.So when i got the call I thought it was ATT about microsoft.I am not sure about the date 10/17/12?How do I report this? i paid them 151 dollars. Also I received another phone from them saying I would receive a refund,because they were having techical problems with the system.When ever I call it will say the person you are trying to reach is not available. I was sent a welcome letter,but no response to phone calls or e mails The # I have is 914 290 4992,company [email protected].
