I am working with these people now and have not yet given them any money. I have just found a home. Now I am really scared. I cant afford to send them money I cant get back if I dont get the home. Is there anyone else out there working with them? and how successful have you been?

  • DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They will take your money and not answer your calls. We have been dealing with them since June,avoiding our calls, letting houses get away, and now we have been waiting on our refund for nearly 2 months

  • I have been dealing with them since February, 2012. I have missed out on a least seven "dream homes" because of them. After the first I should have asked for my money back. I finally gave up and asked for my money in May, 2013. It is November, and I still have not received my money back. Just one excuse after another; and SuperSandy was an excellent extension for them. I asked them to call the attorney's office and request that my file be expedited since it has been so long, and I was told that they can't ask for my file without asking for everybody else'. I think they may have fired the wrong incompetents.

  • Our property was in Alabama. They just keep making excuses! We have been trying to get a refund for 45 days. Dealing with them since June,they let 4 houses go and Anthony Podias says our refund is with their "law office" and Julianna says they don't have a law office.

  • OMG!!! We are all going through the SAME exact thing, yes, the Sandy Storm was perfect for them oh but here is the new one, this is their response yesterday to my BBB complaint:

    "seems there has been some theft of checks from our office and someone has been going around trying to cash them. Until this matter is resolved, the bank has frozen all the accounts to prevent further fradulent activity. We hope to have this matter resolved as quickly as possible".

    I have already sent my report in to the State Attorney yesterday. Like someone said above, we are all scattered so it makes it more difficult to shut them down but the more reports that is submitted to the State Attorney, the better and they will soon be under investigation. I am also in the process of notifying the FBI as well. We all need to continue to communicate whether by email or on this site but we can not let them get away with this!!!

    ANYONE ELSE PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • CIG Realty is working diligently to correct some issues that arose from the implementation of our initial business model and miscommunication between former employees and our customers.

    Our objective is to satisfy any and all concerns of our customers and continue to move forward with our business.

    Unfortunately CIG Realty was the victim of a malicious internet campaign that spread misinformation about the company’s business dealings and intentions. This campaign was implemented by disgruntled former employees. It is the policy of CIG not to discuss specific personnel issues.

    CIG is in the process of contacting all its customers to address any concerns and answer any and all questions they may have. In addition CIG has hired a full time employee to handle inquiries.

    CIG is dedicated to addressing our client’s concerns including refunding monies and scheduling new closing dates.

    CIG is cooperating with the State Attorney’s office to assure customers complaints are being handled in a timely fashion.
