I saw an ad on the internet where a person could bid on certain items, but had to become a member. I didn't know I was going to be charged $39.99 monthly, but would not be able to bid on anything, because it doesn't stay on line long enough for a person to make a bid. I am now being billed $39.99 monthly for nothing.
