Paid 4.75 USD for free sample of Vitalyze. On 11/3/12 was informed of package awaiting collection at local sorting office as it had £20 unpaid excise duty. I had not ordered this item so asked for it to be returned to sender. My credit card had been charged 99.78 USD. I telephoned the company to cancel any further shipments and to request a refund but they will not give me one as I did not phone them to obtain an RMA number before returning the item

- Having phoned the company and told them that I was reporting them on Scambook, I have received a full refund on my credit card. Result!!
