Payment: Made on 28th of July through Paypal
Status: Agreement to develop professional sms site within 10 working days; site is been abandoned and Respondent failed to refund. Ravi Dutta claimed that his site could provide you with free text messaging service.
He further agreed to develop the site for the some of $380, a total of $245 has been paid to him and yet he was not able to develop the site.
He agreed that he would provide us a professional sms text messaging website, till date Ravi Dutta could not meet his obligation under the contract.
Ravi Dutta could not provide us a workable and sms free text messaging website which we paid for and also failed to return our money.
Claim: We are claiming the total of £1300 by way of refund and compensation.
