THE LAST TIME I SPOKE TO ANYBODY WAS ON 7TH NOV WHEN THEY SAID A CHEQUE WOULD BE SENT FOR £16.99 TO COVER POSTAGE AND 10% OFF THE ITEM IT WOULD TAKE 15 DAYS FOR THIS. TODAY IS 17 DAYS A VERY LONG TIME FOR A CHEQUE TO ARRIVE AND WHY CANT I JUST HAVE MY MONEY BACK
