Purchased 2 copies of Outlook 2010. When I installed it, it installed the whole Office Suite which I thought was strange. I spoke to someone online to make sure we hadn't been charged for it, and they said that we had received their free upgrade. It's one month later, and a message has just popped up saying there is an error and the product is not activated. When I click on the activate link its broken. I go to their website today to contact them to find out that they no longer exist, and find this scam information instead.
