A mistake was made in a step up order sending my account up to $82K and was not sent out for correction, whereby making my payments anywhere from $1000.00-$1700.00 on a monthly bases. Have asked for return of funds owed to me, no response. Mother asked for increase in support for additional child in house hold, (not my biological child)and was granted even though she was receiving child support for that child. My daughter came to live with me in 2010 ahd I was still forced to pay child support. Daughter is out of the home again and still forced to pay child support. Mind you, there are NO ARREARS involved in this matter. I was force to pay child support until the child turned 19 providing she was in school and not receiving any type of aide. Well she has not been in school, and is receiving aide. Have been trying to deal with these peoplke since July / August 2004 and they refuse to answer any questions or respond to telephone calls.
