Complaint 182137 Details

The person called himself Eric Anderson and that he worked for National Mitigation Corp said his company would help modify my home, I did check the BBB site an there were no complaints so I thought okay. The fee well at least mine was $1500.00 I did notice the prior person that has a complaint up here was for charged more. They contacted me in June and I had monthly payments, the send you paperwork that looks legitimate I could get a Eric until I had paid the money after that of them because he states a team has been assigned to you. He uses the names of Kim Arnhardt and Nicole Bujon. I never spoke to these two women just received an email from them when I would complain. Well today is thanksgiving and I have not heard back from an of them since October 19th to be exact. Since they have h BBB symbol on their site I've reported them there also but it doesn't appear that anything can be done. I was scammed and that is apparent, I am writing his so other people don't get scammed now I am in he process of hiring. Lawyer because of the money I paid them I've missed paying my mortgage. I wished I had seen the prior Complaint up here before I had paid them any money maybe I soon b n the situation I am now. I did mention to Eric about the complaint that is up here and he stated that this woman was crazy and that she is lying. WRONG!!! This company and people are scammers so please beware.
