Applied for free sample of slimming product trial for £1.50, ordered on 27th September thought nothing of it till. 13th October when product was received ... Phoned my bank to make sure no payments was to be taken from my bank and if pending to cancel. Advised no direct debit etc, in this name and nothing pending. Rang the company to cancel. Agreed to cancel..... But on the 9th November received bank statement showing payment of £69.99 was paid out to them the same day!!!! Rang this company up, no cancellation in place, advised to return product and full refund to be provided... Posted item back 13/11/12 and guess what.... Just rang today and not been received.... How ironic??? Told them give another week, and will call back... Oh yes an I do have proof of postage....
