After the free sample of the PURE BERRY MAX Raspberry Ketone SELECT was ordered, I was charged for two more bottles that I didn't even receive. Do anyone know how I can get an address and how to get my money back without me getting the courts involved?

- Brenda, all I can tell you is that I have had the same problem with this company, apparently, according to the other complaints on this site, others have had similar problems. If you paid with your credit card, call them, explain the situation and have your credit card company put this in dispute. Ask for verification from Pureberry that you agreed to a continuing charge on your credit card. Also, report this to the Better Business Bureau in Colorado. It is quite easy to make a report. Please note that the BBB has this company listed as Nutridaxa, LLC, at 10940 S. Parker Road, Parker Colorado. There is also similar complaints listed on the BBB file. I'm curious if the ad you saw implied that Rachel Ray was promoting this product. That is what I saw on my end which is why I decided to order it. I have also notified Rachel Ray since Pureberry claims they have no association with Rachel Ray and they do not know what I'm talking about that Rachel Ray was promoting their product. I also reported this to the ATtorney General in Colorado, quite easy to file a report on line. Please feel free to contact me back. Thank you.
