I called to get the program delivered and to get training / purchase sent to my email account. My account showed the $37 amount deducted. No email was received. I called back, and was given contact information to send an email to. I sent a couple emails. I never heard a word back. I called original number yesterday and it was diconnected. I am a single mother, being evicted in a month. I work every day, at internship, no pay. My two children and I cannot afford to loose this money. I feel sick to my stomach.
