Answered an online ad for Government grant information in September. Supplied credit card # for $2.97 handling fee and noticed $59 charge on credit card near the end of October. Attempted contact with company's support office by email address supplied on application site. Email was returned as "undeliverable" by our service provider. Company does not supply means to cancel arrangement.
