I ordered a 30 day free trial from a tv commercial,the product was delivered to the office of my apt. complex some time in May 2012, I do not know exact date because the post man did not leave a notice in my mail box, I received the package when manager saw me coming in the entry of apt. building and told me there was a package they had been holding for me for "a while" I then took the box and upon opening it discovered that it was two cans plus extra samples and a blender bottle, which did not seem to be correct, so I called the company to tell them what had happened, and that I don't know what day my apt. manager accepted the box but I could get that info.if needed. I asked how much time I had on the free trail period, I was told I had not ordered the free trial, and that I ordered a different offer, that it was past the time limit to return the product even though it was a mistake and that" there are errors on automated systems from time to time" the representative would not give me a return shipping address or give me a refund, she was pressuring me to keep both cans for a discount, which was "great deal" and that is all she could offer to resolve this issue.I called my credit card company and initiated a dispute, I just received a response Oct. 2012, Right Size Smoothies only sent a confirmation of package received to them, that is not the issue I was disputing, the canisters have not been opened so I am returning them and expect a full refund including postage.I have read several letters of complaints saying the company did the same thing to them, I can not understand how they can keep scamming people like this.
