ATT illegaly used my Bank of America debit card to access my checking account several weeks after they were informed they could no longer access my account for payments. I never gave out my debit card number and BOA denies giving them my number. They applied this deduction for returned internet equipment that they claimed they never received however after numerous phone calls & giving them the tracking number they notified me that they were wrong and a credit is due. I have all the paper work regarding this for proof. I have called them repeatedly on this manner and despite their admission that they were wrong and owed me this money, no refund check has been received. Latest billing cycle of 7/16/2011 shows same $79.50 credit due but despite numerous recent phone calls, nothing has been received.
