I recently purchased two R4 cards for the DS games console via an online website www.r4shop.co.uk the money was debited from my account by SMENG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY. I ran a Google search on this company and found a large number of complaint entries on Scambook. I have tried to contact the website operators without any success, and have now instigated a chargeback with my bank.
