I have had my boat at the monroe marina for several years, we have had several issues, I have given them numerous warnings. I had my boat dropped to go out for the day , and when I picked it up their were beer bottles in it, and it was filthy dirty, they blamed it on my password not being secure enough and I had to verify more closely they didn't know who took it out, MY guess is one of their employees or kids.
the next time I went to pick it up the intake valves were clogged, the boat caught fire, I gave them a warning that no one was to pick it up but myself, they still had no idea how it all happened.
I have had a health issue and after all this , they put a lien on the boat when I got behind,due to being in the hospital, I asked why they didn't call , their reply was well... well what, I picked up my boat for the last time, I have been in NY for 8 months and again beer bottles. trash, the boat had pop and blood all over it and the engine is knocking,
So if you value your boat, store it else where, somethings going on.. I am not the only one with the problems, they are the only dry storage on the river,, good luck if their your choice, don't worry it will be your fault when the bills come due for the engine repairs..
