my parents were taken for $449.24`by a company who is listed on their bank statement as YS Membership....it was automatically withdrawn from their checking account on 9/4/12..We have repeatedly called the phone number on the statement,we wer told the money would be refunded within 21 days back into their account, but it has been over 2 months and numerous calls to this company getting either no response or the phone hung up on us...This is a terrible outrage on our senior citizens and this "so called" company cannot be allowed to take advantage of those who are struggling enough to get by and cannot afford this nor should they or anyone lose money from their accounts they think are prtected in their bank.
