A lady called offering a free voucher for $100 gas card and $10 Walmart card. It would be activated for $3.99 and I could cancel right after I got cards downloaded. That was Saturday. Today Tuesday trying to figure it out I called to cancel and the 15 second holds went 4-5 times before it was answered. After varification, she wanted to charge $2.78 cancellation fee. I told her this was never mentioned and I wanted to talk to a manager, after trying to talk to her I finally just said if that charge did appear on my bank statement I would contact the BBB, and the Atourney Generals office for the state of Missouri. I further said I expected this to be taken care of so play this for your boss! Hung up! I will be checking the account the next 2-3 days!
