International boundaries

On 28th August 2012 l made a Payment of £1.00
postage and packing as agreed.For the Electronic
on 11th September 2012 my account was charged
£45.00. l notified my bank who credit my acoount again.the £45.00.
On the 11th October 2012 my account was charged again £45.00 again my bank credited my account again.
note l have no direct contact from payPoint
to this day.
on the 10th November l had a letter from my bank
with a copy of a very poor copy of a agreement
22 pages and notified me they would be charging my account again on 9th november 2012
my account now been charged again.
l have rang pointPay and cancelled that agreement they promised to E-Mail me to comfirm l had cancelled. which they have not done todate. that was on the 11th november 2012
l hasve notified Trading Standards
