I was looking for a friend from high school and used this website as a one-time search for .95. After that they began taking $24.95 each month from my bank account as a membership fee. I was closing out that account and didn't notice it until they had taken 3 months. I called and they would only refund one month. The representative just repeated over and over that the other two months are non-refundable. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
