Ordered a Furminator on September 25. Stated it is an automatic redemption, as there is no voucher to redeem, and max 4 weeks to deliver. At week 5 I had received nothing, emailed customer service, and they gave me a tracking number. They said it would be in the system by a week. 2.5 more weeks went by and the tracking number shows nothing still. I believe it wasn't even mailed the first time, and possibly not the second time. There may be no item at all. It's been 8 weeks now. I emailed again to complain and am asking for a credit card refund. I will give them 10 weeks and after that I will file a complaint with my credit card company.
First time I have used Kijiji Daily Deals, and it will be the last. It is sad, because I enjoy using kijiji.ca to sell items locally.
WagJag and Dealfind have always worked perfectly for me, and I will stick with legitimate sites such as those.

- Im in the same boat. I googled kijiji scam after my dealings with them over the furminator. Same thing as you they they have me a tracking number after about 6 weeks when I emailed and told me it would update in a week. After 2 weeks I emailed back and h said it shows it shipped. They asked me for my shipping info and said they would resend it. Its not been over 2 weeks and I again have emailed and nothing back. Shouldve figured something was up when there isn't a number to call
