They took our money even mailed us confirmations and helped us change our reservations when needed, but when we arrived to the hotel they didn't have our reservation!!!! We had our kid and luggage at the counter for nearly 30 min figuring out what happened and fixing it. A total scam!!!!!!!! Thankfully our bank is resolving the matter and the rest of our vacation was great. And after two days of room and food and taxes and fees it was cheaper than what they charged us for the room!
