I was contacted by a rep and was asked abt renewing a magazine service that I thought I had already canceled. The rep told me they have on file that I called after the cancellation date and I will be charged $59.90 for 30 months. The rep got very angry with me when I kept asking questions abt the cancellation. What can I do to have this permanently canceled and get my money back?
